Dear Yoko & Geoff,

I have visited so many of the same BC areas that you have mentioned and they are so wonderful.

Even though my husband & I own and operate a dairy farm in Eastern Ontario we get to travel some and treasure every trip.

Thank you for sharing your summer adventure. I planned on walking more this summer than I actually got around to, but with your refreshing newsletter I will pick up the pace again after our week’s vacation to the Prairies.

Looking forward to hearing more about these new shoes you mentioned. Keep up the good work of trying to motivate us to walk more as our beautiful autumn approaches.
