Geoff and Yoko, I wanted to let you know that I've had ups and downs in continuing my walking program, but I have perservered and I have just today reached my goal of walking 4 miles in one hour - without straining myself!
I feel very fortunate to have discovered your excellent internet site, and by following your sensible suggestions, my health and fitness has improved by leaps and bounds, and now when I walk down the street, I pass most folks.
Yes, at age 71, I feel more fit than when I was in my fifties.
All the best to you, and once again thanks for your great walking programs.
